All other use other than the sole purpose for record keeping of personal orders including but not limited to duplicating, displaying, or transmitting information of the content of this site are prohibited. If by any means a description or product is listed with incorrect information or pricing, Cardio Club Store reserves all rights to refuse or cancel any orders. The product will then be taken down and a refund (if charged) will be placed. A refund will be issued to the customer to ensure reliability of our store. Please keep in mind that this may be possible in such cases of products being out of stock and not updated or typographical errors. Contact us for any additional information. 

Limitation of Liability 

Cardio Club Store will not be liable for any special circumstances or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use, the materials on this website or the performance of the products, even if Cardio Club Store has been advised of the possibility of such damages. 

Use of site 

Harrassment of any kind on this website to Cardio Club Store, employees or ownership including via e-mail, chat, facebook message, instagram message, contact forms, or phone number is strictly forbidden. You are not authorized to upload or distribute any content that is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasion of privacy or objectively perceived by Cardio Club Store as offensive, criminal, or violation of any law. You are not authorized to use the site as to solicit our members to join other organizations or services other than Cardio Club. Promotion by authorization or positive personal experience may be allowed to upload on our site or social media platforms. 


You give all the rights to Cardio Club Store in regards to your personal information when at checkout, this information is kept secure and private for your safety. Sole purpose for the information is for customer representation and processing equipment to the correct customer. All customer information is protected by our privacy policy and will never be shared by to any other organization or service. All information is private and is protected if given to Cardio Club Store. Cardio Club Store is intended for customers over 18 years of age, and when ordering equipment, you are claiming to follow these guidelines. When subscribing to our mailing list or ordering a product, you are placed in a private database for strictly promotional emails. You have the right to request to unsubscribe and are subject to removing yourself from our contact list by emailing us at

Returns & Refunds


We are able to accept returns if we are notified within 14 days of receiving a receipt. Returns are subject to depend upon satisfaction of product. All Returns will be issued a 25% Restocking Fee plus Shipping & Handling. Refunds will not be accepted after 14 days of receiving receipt. Refunds will be processed 48 hours after receiving the equipment back at our facility. Please make sure to read and make notes of our policies, as exceptions will not be made.  

As noted in the above information, all returns will be issued a deduction to your refund by a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling. We will notify you by phone call or email for additional details and for approval of return and refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed. Please allow up to 14 days for refund to appear on your method of payment card, account, or check by mail.


Returns and Refunds will only be processed if the equipment is in identical condition as stated on our website. Make sure to note if an item is stated as refurbished or "Brand New" as this will be important to process your refund. We obtain the highest standards to meet our criteria of performance and satisfaction. With this in mind, all refurbished equipment may have minor imperfections due to its discounted price. Refurbished is not "Brand New".

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund in addition to a 25% restocking fee. 

If Shipping product back to our facility, we are not responsible for not receiving the equipment. Please make sure to track the shipping information for the return.

Ensuring You Enjoy Our Product

We offer multiple warranty options. Most of our Cleaned and Serviced equipment comes with a 90 Day "Parts and Labor" warranty. Servicing appointments are available at a member rate, you may contact us for a quote.

Items under our Parts parts warranty cover parts that your equipment piece might need, servicing is not included.

  • Strength items are not covered under warranty. 

  • Most items will have 90 day parts & labor warranty, please make sure to ask one of our representatives if the equipment you want is covered. 

  • Additional TV screens are not covered by warranty by any means.

  • If equipment is stored outside of an insulated building the warranty will be voided.

  • Heart Rate Monitors are covered under 90 day parts warranty, servicing will not be covered. Please contact us for a quote. 

  • Fans are not covered under warranty. 

Our Equipment that is brand new will get a 1 year "Parts and Labor" Warranty. please make sure to ask one of our representatives if the equipment you want qualifies under New.
